The beloved actor, who starred alongside Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson in the eight-film series, is set to join the production for a special 17-week engagement starting in February 2027.
Expressing his excitement about returning to the role, Grint shared that Ron Weasley has been a significant part of his life since he was 11. He noted that revisiting the character now, both as a father himself and portraying Ron as a father, brings a unique blend of nostalgia and novelty to the experience. This highly anticipated return comes on the heels of Tom Felton’s recent stint on Broadway, where he stepped back into the shoes of Draco Malfoy. Felton’s successful run is scheduled to conclude in January.
